What was your main problem?
Within our line of sustainability, our biggest problem was the high energy consumption and the heat it was. Evaporalia offered us a solution for these problems, a lower energy cost and an improvement in thermal comfort. We work in the Die Casting sector, so the temperatures in our factory are high due to our activity and during the summers the temperatures were very high.
What are the benefits of evaporative evaporative systems?
With evaporalia we managed to find a solution with low energy consumption and with very positive results in the workshop that are very palpable in the hot months and that have changed the perception of the workers, we have managed to reduce the temperature and achieve a much more adequate thermal comfort.
Have you improved working conditions and production?
By reducing temperatures we have achieved an improvement in the comfort of the workers and an improvement in the productivity given that the conditions are much more suitable.
