What commitment does your company have to sustainability?
We have always had an interest in the environmental issue and have opted for sustainability. We have opted for renewable energies and products that adapt to the condition of not being harmful to the environment. and that they comply with the condition that they are not harmful to the work environment
How did you meet Evaporalia?
The high temperatures in summer and how we put a solution to this big problem.
From the beginning we considered using traditional ventilation but we realized that it could not work due to the dusty environment like ours, apart from that the energy consumption was very high. Once Evaporalia showed us how the evaporative ventilation systems worked, we liked it.
The evaporalia solution was very simple and adapted to what we were looking for, a low consumption and the renewal of the air of the factory, since our factory, having the ceilings very low, the heat takes longer to come out and the air is not easily renewed.
With these systems we have reduced heat stress and the renovation of the factory environment, since a big problem we had was the dust generated by tissue paper. We have 12 teams and with this system we have achieved that each period of 2 minutes the air of the entire factory is renewed.
Have the workers noticed the change?
It has been a very important change, in fact when the summer season arrives, the temperature begins to rise, the workers ask us when we are going to put it, because the change is very big. As the machinery increases, this generates a lot of heat and year after year the temperature increased, since the installation we have been perfect 2 years.
Would you recommend using these machines?
If, logically, since we assembled it they asked us, how about? We had only been a year back then, but very well, it works as it has to work.
